Rental

Terms

  1. I am responsible for the equipment from the moment I take possession until Lot2 Rentals confirms its return, regardless of who is using it.
  2. I will pay the rental total shown above on the terms Lot2 Rentals confirms, and for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, its replacement value as listed above or, where none is listed, Lot2 Rentals' actual replacement cost; and the actual repair cost for any other damage, whatever the cause.
  3. Equipment is returned by the return date, clean and in the condition it was received. Late returns are billed at the full daily rate per day.
  4. I will not lend, sub-rent, or leave the equipment unattended in a vehicle.
  5. Rental fees are paid by Interac e-Transfer to bjoel@lot2.media before pickup. Where the quote states a refundable deposit, I will pay it with the rental fees and it is returned when the equipment is back and checked; where the quote states a card on file, I will keep a valid credit card (not debit) on file with Lot2 Rentals. I authorize Lot2 Rentals to apply the deposit or charge the card for late fees and for any loss or damage under these terms.
  6. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia.
