Rental

Terms

  1. I am responsible for the equipment from the moment I take possession until Lot2 Rentals confirms its return, regardless of who is using it.
  2. I will pay the full replacement value listed above for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, and the actual repair cost for any other damage, whatever the cause.
  3. Equipment is returned by the return date, clean and in the condition it was received. Late returns are billed at the full daily rate per day.
  4. I will not lend, sub-rent, or leave the equipment unattended in a vehicle.
  5. I authorize Lot2 Rentals to charge the credit card provided for rental fees, late fees, and any loss or damage under these terms.
  6. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia.
