When it’s the right call

A portable sun in a case — crisp daylight for interviews, day-interior fill and window looks, with a focus range (4.5°–50°) that replaces several fixtures. The step up when LEDs aren't punchy enough.

Where to set it up

Punch it through diffusion or bounce it; the ballast dims to 40% and is flicker-safe for high frame rates (1,000Hz).
